I never really do this sort of thing, but: a very good friend of mine is currently undergoing a rough spell with some housing insecurity, etc. Beyond being a stellar writer, which he is, LP’s encouragement and care have impacted me more than I could possibly say; I would not be the writer or person I am today if not for him.
